Not everybody knows that alopecia (baldness) prevention and treatment is very much related to dieting and lifestyle. Our advice is always visiting a doctor to diagnosis the root of the problem. Anyway, the average recommended diet for this condition is based on natural food, fresh fruit, vegetables, grilled or boiled fish, some eggs and not very spicy meats. And fresh dairy products, preferably skimmed.

It’s very important, not only for alopecia!, to avoid manufactured foods (Remember Michael Polan: Don’t eat it if it was made in a plant). To stay away from trans fats, refined sugars, sodas, junk food, French fries and chips made outside home, etc.…

Another general advice: Do exercise, stay at open air, ban any kind of smoke or “dirty atmosphere”. Do not swim in chlorinated water. Go to the sea… In ocean water, 3,5% of weight are minerals, 80 different types of them. Ocean water is good for your hair.
