Have always “crudités” in your fridge.

It’s possible that one day, when you go to the fridge looking for something, you prefer to have something different from a piece fruit.

You may have a very nice alternative: the “crudités”. They are small sticks of carrot, celery, pepper, fennel, or any other vegetable you like.

Or perhaps you want to go for something more filling food. Then choose a microwave sweet potato.

Sweet potato is not a very high caloric food. It has fewer calories than the potato. And it has a lot of carotenes, a high amount of fiber and vitamin A.

In five minutes, you can prepare a medium sized sweet potato in the microwave. It’s better if you wrap it with a microwave film paper.
