Too much salt harms your arteries and increases your blood pressure. We normally use pure refined salt (sodium chloride).  Marine salt is lower in sodium and has many other minerals that replace the one you might lose sweating.   Anyway, we use the same amount of salt that ancient legionaries used to (with different needs), but different  one. Our product has a double proportion of sodium.]]></description>
