<p style="text-align: justify;">It’s possible that one day, when you go to the fridge looking for something, you prefer to have something different from a piece fruit.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You may have a very nice alternative: the “crudités”. They are small sticks of carrot, celery, pepper, fennel, or any other vegetable you like.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Or perhaps you want to go for something more filling food. Then choose a microwave sweet potato.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sweet potato is not a very high caloric food. It has fewer calories than the potato. And it has a lot of carotenes, a high amount of fiber and vitamin A.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In five minutes, you can prepare a medium sized sweet potato in the microwave. It’s better if you wrap it with a microwave film paper.</p>
