Spanakopita

Spanakopita is a greek spinach pie with feta cheese and phyllo (paper-thin sheets of raw, unleavened flour dough). You can see how to make it with the pedagogic video of Dimitra’s Dishes.

In Turkey, the phyllo is called yufka.
