Tahini is a paste of ground sesame seeds used in Mediterranean cooking. It is one of the ingredients of hummus. In Middle East tahini is made of hulled white seed. East Asian tahini is made of unshelled seeds. For this reason it is more bitter but higher in nutrients.
The color of sesame varies from white cream to black charcoil. In far East they prefer the black one while in Middle East and North Africa, the use the white type.
Another names are Tehina or sesame paste.

Ingredients:

• 10 fluid ounces of white sesame seeds
• 3 fluid ounces of virgin olive oil
Process:

Toast sesame seeds for 5-10 minutes in a oven at 350° F, or in normal pan, shaking the seeds frequently. Do not allow them to brown. Let them cool for 10-15 minutes..

Mix the sesame oil and the oil in a blender and add oil until getting the desired texture.
