What is the fastest diet?

This is one of the most frequent questions, especially a few days before holidays.
I have two answers. The first one is:
EAT NOTHING
The second and even faster weight loss remedy is:
CUT ONE OF YOUR LEGS.
It may seem silly. But the problem is that many of the other diets to lose weight quickly are not less stupid and probably more harmful, due to the fact that people believe very easily that they are truth and safe.
Be logical. If you eat nothing, you may lose no more that 100 grams of fat per day. Or even less, depending on your weight. The rest of weight will be water and minerals. And part of your muscles that will become weaker and weaker.
This is the effects of any fast diet. Another is that your metabolism will change in order to save calories in the future.
The first question is: Do you really need to lose weight? Ask your couple. He/she may be happy now and frustrated with your new diet and its side effects. Many couples have been destroyed by an absurd diet.
Keep a healthy diet with good nutrition, physical activity and being happy.
